FINDR field agents
FINDR field agents walk into the Businesses they already know, sign them up to FINDR, and earn for every one. You earn GH₵10 for every Business you onboard, plus 50% of that Business's first subscription. No boss, no office, no cap on how many you sign.
You apply right inside the FINDR app: open your Profile, tap "Become a FINDR agent", and send your application. The team reviews it and notifies you in the app.
Your territory
You are not selling to strangers. You are signing up the chop bar you eat at, the salon on your street, the pharmacy your family uses. You register each Business on the spot, in the app, with GPS confirming you were really there. Honest work, verified onboarding, no fake listings.
Your pay
Every Business you onboard pays you GH₵10, straight into your agent earnings. When that Business takes its first FINDR subscription, you earn 50% of it. Sign five Businesses in a morning and you have built something a salary never gives you: your own pipeline.
Managed service
Some owners want results without the screen time. As a trained agent you can run a Business's FINDR presence for them: products, pictures, opening hours, promotions. The owner pays GH₵50 a month, in the app only, and FINDR pays you 80% of it. Ten managed Businesses is real monthly money, month after month.
You never touch the owner's cash. Every payment happens in the app, so your reputation is protected and your earnings are on record.
No office required
There is no office to report to. Your town is the territory, your phone is the tool, and every street you know better than anyone is an advantage no outsider can match. Accra, Kumasi, Takoradi, Tamale, or the town nobody has mapped yet: the less covered your area, the more there is to sign.
