FINDR
Customer Guide

Everything Ghana, one app.

Get a ride, order food and from local shops, send a parcel, find events, book a stay, hire a skilled worker, pay school fees, and earn FINDR Points, all from FINDR. This guide walks you through it.

1Getting started

FINDR is free to download and free to join.

Install & sign in

  1. Download FINDR from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
  2. Open the app and enter your phone number (e.g. 024 123 4567), then tap Continue.
  3. Type the 6-digit code we text you and tap Verify. That's it, no password needed.

Prefer email? On the login screen choose Continue with email & password instead.

Tip: Allow location and notifications when asked. Location finds drivers and shops near you; notifications keep you posted on your ride and orders.

2Finding your way around

The bar at the bottom has four tabs:

Drivers, riders and business owners also get a Work tab.

On Home, the four big buttons take you straight to what you need: Ride, Eat, Shop and Pay. Use the search pill (“Restaurants, hotels, shops…”) or Explore nearby to discover businesses around you.

More services globe: every other FINDR service (Makola, Stay, Property, Garage, Hire, Learn, Events and more) is on the More services card under the big buttons, pinned on a slowly spinning globe, with Makola sitting on Ghana. The card is a night sky, and under the globe a short caption names the service turning to the front, such as “Makola Shop the market, delivered”. It changes as the globe turns; tap the caption, or a service's pin, to open that service. Drag the globe sideways to turn it yourself. Tap Show all to stop the globe and see every service at once, with Makola in the middle and the others in a circle around it (the caption then reads “Tap a service to open it”). Tap Spin to set it turning again. If your phone is set to reduce motion, or you use a screen reader, the card opens with every service already showing. This comes with the next FINDR update.
Searching further afield: when you browse or search, change how far to look (5, 10, 25, 50 or 100 km), or search around any town or landmark if what you want isn't right next to you and you're not sure of its exact name. Didn't allow location? You can still pick an area to search. When you search around another area, the discovery feed on Home reads Now in and the name of that area, and the distances Feria, the FINDR assistant, gives you are measured from there too.

3Getting a ride

  1. Tap Ride on Home.
  2. Set Where to? Search a place, drop a pin, or pick a saved spot. Your pickup is set from your location automatically.
  3. Choose your ride: Dropping (private car), Trotro (shared, splits the fare), Okada (motorbike) or Pragia. For a private car you can pick Basic, Comfort or Premium.
  4. Check the upfront fare and how many minutes until pickup. Add a promo code if you have one.
  5. Choose how to pay, then tap Confirm Ride.

During the trip

Book ahead: Tap Later / Schedule to set a pickup for a future time, handy for early flights or appointments.

4Food & shopping

  1. Tap Makola on Home (or search) and open a restaurant or shop.
  2. Browse the menu or shop. Tap an item to choose options and quantity, then Add to cart. Tap the ♡ to save favourites. Some shops count their stock: an item may say Only 2 left, and you can't add more than the shop has. An item marked Sold out can't be ordered until the shop restocks it.
  3. Open your cart and tap Go to checkout.
  4. Under How would you like to get it? choose Delivery to your address, or Pickup to collect it yourself. With Pickup there is no delivery fee and no address to fill in: checkout shows the shop's name and address under Pick up at, plus any note from the shop (for example which counter to collect from). Most shops offer pickup; if a shop has switched it off, you only see delivery. If a shop switches pickup off while you are ordering, checkout tells you and you can choose Delivery instead. Pickup is not offered on FINDR Makola market orders, table (dine-in) orders or hotel room service. Add any notes, and a delivery or pickup time if you want.
  5. Pick a payment method and tap Place order.

Ways to pay:

💵 Cash on delivery📱 Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel, AT)💳 Card (Visa / Mastercard)
Apple Pay on iPhone: from FINDR 1.2.61, when you pay by card in the FINDR iPhone app, the secure payment window can also offer Apple Pay if you have a card in Apple Wallet. Tap it and confirm with Face ID or Touch ID. When your payment is confirmed the window closes by itself and you are back in FINDR. If you close the window early, FINDR shows a page where you can open it again, tell us you have finished paying, or cancel. Android phones keep card and Mobile Money. Apple Pay also works on FINDR Makola market and FDS Mall orders when you pay by card on an iPhone.
Paying by Mobile Money inside the app: update to FINDR 1.2.57 or later to pay this way. When you pay for an order or a stay by Mobile Money, FINDR fills in the MoMo number saved under Profile → Payment Method (or your account number) and picks your network for you. Check both, change them if you need to, and slide to pay. Paying with a different number? Tick Save this number for next time and FINDR fills it in at your next checkout (it is only saved once the payment goes through). MTN and AirtelTigo send a prompt to your phone: approve it and your order shows as paid right away. Some MTN numbers get a one-time code by SMS instead: type it into the app. Telecel has no prompt: dial *110#, generate a voucher, and type the voucher code into the app. If you decline or miss the prompt, your network can take about 10 minutes to cancel it; keep the payment open and FINDR updates it by itself, or close it and pay later. If an order payment is declined, the order is kept as unpaid. Once your network cancels the old prompt (this can take about 10 minutes), tap Pay now on it in My Orders and the app sends a fresh prompt. You will not be charged twice; if a duplicate payment ever happens, FINDR holds it and refunds it. If a stay payment is declined, close the payment and reserve the room again. Prefer a card? Tap Pay with card instead before you pay.

Have FINDR Points or FINDR credit? Turn on Use points and credit at checkout to apply them (see FINDR Points). Got a promo code from a shop, or a voucher sent to your phone? Enter it at checkout and the discount comes off before you pay, so the total you see is the total you're charged. Track your order live: a notification on your phone follows every step, from Preparing to Ready for pickup or On the way with your courier's ETA. Find past orders and receipts under Profile → My Orders.

What you pay: the price on each item is the shop's real price, the same as you'd pay in person. At checkout a small Service fee (about 7%) shows on its own line, next to any delivery fee, so you always see the full total before you pay. Buying wholesale? Once one shop's wholesale order reaches GH₵ 300, the service fee on that order is GH₵ 20 plus 1.95% payment processing, rounded up to the whole cedi (a GH₵ 300 order pays GH₵ 26, a GH₵ 1,000 order pays GH₵ 40). Below GH₵ 300 it is the same small fee. Paying cash on delivery or at pickup? The service fee is charged in the app, and you still pay the shop in cash for the goods.
Something wrong with a paid order? Tap Request a refund on the order. Changed your mind before the Business accepted it? Tap Cancel order (FINDR 1.2.57 or later). See Refunds and problems with your order below.
Picking up? Pay in the app, or choose Cash at pickup and pay the shop when you collect your order. We'll notify you the moment your order is ready. Just come and collect it. If it is still waiting for you a little while later, we may send you one reminder.
Order cancelled? There is nothing to pay, and the app will not ask you to pay for it. If your Mobile Money or card payment goes through after the order was cancelled, FINDR holds it and your order shows Payment received after the order was cancelled. Your refund is on its way. FINDR sends the money to your Mobile Money number. A cancelled paid order shows Refund on its way while FINDR's refund team handles it, Refunded once the money is back with you, or Refund declined with a Contact support button.

Browsing from abroad, or with location off

You never get an empty screen. If your phone is outside Ghana, or your location is off, and you have not chosen a place, Shop Ghana, Food, Stays and Home show what is popular across Ghana: popular shops and restaurants, best sellers, deals and top-rated stays, with no distances. The first pill in the row of tabs at the top of Shop Ghana and Food reads All of Ghana (on Stays too), the Home feed reads Popular across Ghana, and stays you can book a room at come first. If your phone is outside Ghana, the place at the top of Home reads Ghana, or the town you chose in Deliver to. Tap that pill any time to pick a town and, on Shop Ghana and Food, how far to look (5 to 100 km), in the same sheet. This comes with the next FINDR update.

At the top of Makola, Shop Ghana (the screen for shops and stores), Food and Stays you'll see a big sliding banner, with the next and previous slides peeking in at the sides, and blocks of products and stays below it. The top of the screen takes on the colour of the slide you are looking at. Swipe the banner to move between slides; tap the small round pause button in the bottom left corner of the slide, or touch and hold a slide, to keep it still. Under the banner sits a row of category pills (for example Restaurants, Bars & nightlife on Food, Cloth, Fresh, Phones on Shop Ghana, and the market's sections such as Vegetables or Fish on Makola). The top of the list peeks in under them on the first screen. Tap a pill and the screen scrolls so the pills sit at the top with the matching items right under them; the banner stays where it is, above. When you scroll down, the pills stay at the top of the screen so you can switch at any time. If nothing matches yet, it says so (for example No vegetables listed yet) with a Show all button. On a Makola market, the banner shows that market's own items, prices and deals (and, when the market is closed, a countdown to when it opens), never other shops. When a Makola market is closed, the line under the tabs says when it opens (for example Koforidua Central · Closed · opens 6 AM), (a later day shows its short name, for example opens Mon 6 AM), and the line and the basket bar say order ahead: you can still build your list and schedule it at checkout. If you have turned on Remove animations (or Reduce motion) in your phone's settings, the banner stops moving by itself and its pictures stay still. Most slides and blocks are popular picks. A slide or block a business paid for always says Sponsored and has a gold border; at most 1 block in every 3 is sponsored, and paying never moves anyone up in search or in the popular lists.

The tabs at the top (Makola, Shop Ghana, Food, Stays) take you straight from one to another. This comes with the next FINDR update.

Deliver to: shop for someone in another town

Shopping for family or friends in Ghana while you are somewhere else, even abroad? Set Deliver to once and FINDR shows Shop Ghana, Food and Stays for that town, not for where your phone is. This comes with the next FINDR update.

  1. Open Shop Ghana, Food or Stays. The first pill in the row of tabs at the top, with a pin, says where the lists look. If you have not chosen a place yet, it reads All of Ghana; in Ghana with your location on it reads Near you. Once you choose a place it reads, for example, Koforidua (on Stays: the town you are staying in). Tap it: one sheet shows the whole line at the top (for example Deliver to Koforidua · 25 km) and lets you pick the town and, on Shop Ghana and Food, how far to look (How far should we look?, 5 to 100 km). Tap it again any time to change. If your phone is in Ghana, picking a town only changes what you browse (the line reads, for example, Shopping in Accra · 25 km; on Stays Staying in Accra), and checkout keeps your own address. To send an order to someone in another town, tick Deliver to someone in another town in the same sheet before you pick. If your location is off, that box starts ticked (so the town you pick is where we deliver); untick it to just browse. If you are browsing one town while an earlier delivery town is still set, the pill shows both, for example Kumasi · Mum, the sheet spells it out (Shopping in Kumasi · Delivering to Mum, Accra), and checkout uses the delivery town. If your phone is outside Ghana, the town you pick is where we deliver.
  2. Under Where should we deliver? (on Stays: Where are you staying?) pick a market town from the list, or search for the address of the person you are shopping for.
  3. Shop Ghana, Food, Stays, the Home lists and the offers you see now come from that town. The same choice is used on the MAKOLA tab, and FINDR remembers it next time you open the app.
  4. At checkout, under Deliver to, choose Someone else (it is already chosen when you set Deliver to). Enter their name and phone number, and pin where we should deliver. If you searched an address, the pin is already there. Then tick I confirm this person knows about this order and I may share their details for delivery.
  5. Pay with Card (Visa or Mastercard, including cards issued outside Ghana) or Mobile Money. Orders for someone else are paid by card or MoMo, so Cash on delivery is not offered.

Good to know

Makola markets: shop for someone, from anywhere

FINDR shoppers buy fresh groceries at Makola markets in towns across Ghana, and a rider delivers them. From FINDR 1.2.58, you can shop for yourself, or for family and friends near any market, wherever you are in the world.

  1. Open the MAKOLA tab. If no market delivers to you, tap Shop for someone in Ghana. If a market is already showing, tap the place pill (the first pill, with a pin) or the market's name line near the top (from the next FINDR update; older versions show Delivering to ... · Change).
  2. Under Where should we deliver? pick a market from the list (sorted by town), or search for the address of the person you are shopping for. Tap Use my location to go back to your own address.
  3. If no market delivers to the place you chose, the tab says No Makola market delivers there yet and shows the markets you can pick instead.
  4. Fill your basket and go to checkout. Under Deliver to, choose Someone else and enter their name, phone number, a map pin where we should deliver, and an address or landmark. The pin must be inside the area that market delivers to. Your own profile is not changed. Then tick I confirm this person knows about this order and I may share their details for delivery. You can't place the order until it is ticked. Only order for someone who knows about it and is happy to be contacted (see our Privacy Policy).
  5. Pay inside FINDR with Mobile Money (MTN, Telecel or AT) or Card (Visa or Mastercard, including cards issued outside Ghana). On an iPhone, paying by card can also offer Apple Pay. Cash on delivery and the FINDR Wallet are not offered on Makola orders.

Good to know

FDS Mall: a FINDR shopping service

FDS Mall is a FINDR shopping service for hardware, building, electrical and home goods. It is the first store on Shop Ghana (under All), and you can also find it by searching FDS Mall. You can browse it from anywhere, and from FINDR 1.2.61 you can order from it for delivery in the cities it serves, starting with Koforidua.

  1. Open FDS Mall and set Deliver to at the top: search an address, use your current location (when you are in Ghana), or tap Choose a city. Prices depend on the city you deliver to, so they show once you have chosen where to deliver.
  2. Tap + (or Add to basket on an item's page) on the items you want, then open your basket and go to checkout. If FDS Mall does not deliver to that place yet, it tells you, and checkout does not take the order.
  3. At checkout, choose Me or Someone else, read the FDS Mall Terms (the first time you order, tick the box to accept them). Ordering for someone else? Tick to confirm they know about the order. Then pay in the app by Mobile Money or Card (Visa or Mastercard, including cards issued outside Ghana). Cash on delivery, the FINDR Wallet and FINDR credit are not offered on FDS Mall orders.

Good to know

Some blocks on Makola, Shop Ghana, Food and Stays are paid for by a business: a slide in the big banner at the top, a "Spotlight" block with four of a shop's products, a product card under "Sponsored products", or a hotel in "Featured stays". Every one is labelled Sponsored and has a gold ring around it, and you will never see more than one sponsored block in any three in a row.

Everything else (search results, "Near you", "Trending", "Popular stays") is ranked by distance, ratings and orders, and businesses cannot pay to move up there. If you are abroad, you only see ads from businesses that chose to reach buyers abroad, for the town you are delivering to.

Refunds and problems with your order

If something went wrong with a paid order, tell us in the app. Open the order in Profile → My Orders and tap Request a refund. FINDR's refund team reviews every request.

What to tell us

When to ask

What we refund

Makola market orders: ask for a refund on specific items. Once your Makola order is delivered, open it and tap Request a refund. Tick the items you want a refund for (and the quantity), say what was wrong, and submit. FINDR reviews each request and refunds what is due to how you paid. The per-order service fee stays the same.

If your order shows delivered but you did not get it
We check the delivery record, including the delivery picture and the code. We may ask the rider and the Business what happened, and we may ask you for more detail. If we confirm it did not reach you, we refund it.

How we decide
For a problem after delivery or collection, we may ask the Business or the rider first; they answer FINDR in the app. FINDR's refund team then decides. We aim to review quickly. You will see the decision on your order.

Where your refund goes

Want to cancel before the Business accepts your order? From FINDR 1.2.57, a paid delivery or pickup order that the Business has not accepted yet shows Cancel order. Slide to confirm and you get a full refund. Paid with FINDR credit or your FINDR wallet, it usually comes back at once. Paid by Mobile Money or card, it goes to your Mobile Money number, sometimes after a quick FINDR check. This is not a refund request. Once the Business has accepted the order, the button goes away: use Request a refund instead. Table orders, room orders and orders FINDR is placing with the Business for you are changed by the staff or the FINDR desk: tap Get help. A FINDR Makola market order has its own Cancel order button until your shopper starts shopping, with a full refund, including the payment processing fee. After that, tap Get help. If your shopper finishes and nothing on your list could be bought, you also get a full refund, including the payment processing fee.

Need to talk to someone? Tap Get help in the app.

5Sending a package

  1. Tap Package on Home.
  2. Set the pickup and drop-off points on the map.
  3. Pick a vehicle (motorbike, car, van…); the fee shows for each.
  4. Add the receiver's name and phone, plus any handling notes. You can add a cash-on-delivery amount for the receiver to pay, or schedule it for later.
  5. Tap Request courier and track it live until it's delivered.

Receiving goods by truck (FINDR Haul)

A business can send goods to you on a truck, pickup or goods tricycle booked through FINDR Haul. You need a drop-off code to receive them.

6Dine-in at the table

  1. At a participating restaurant, tap the Scan icon on Home and scan the QR code on your table.
  2. The menu opens with your table already set. Add items and send them to the kitchen.
  3. Need service? Tap Call waiter.
  4. When you're done, tap Pay now and settle the whole tab, or ask your waiter to split it with the others at your table, by Mobile Money, card or cash, and add a tip if you like.

7What's On: events & tickets

  1. Open What's On from Home and filter by type (concerts, theatre, sports, festivals…).
  2. Tap an event for full details, then Get tickets to buy in the app.
  3. Tap Get a ride to hail a car straight to the venue.

On any event you can also:

Your tickets live under Profile → My Tickets; show the QR code at the door.

8Hotel stays

  1. Search hotels and guesthouses by town, area or hotel name, then open one and tap Book a Stay. From the next FINDR app update, tap See rooms in the orange Book a room here card instead.
  2. Set your check-in / check-out dates and number of guests to see live availability priced for those nights. A place with nothing free shows "Sold out for your dates", so just try other dates. Picked your dates on the Stays search first? They carry into the hotel's rooms, so you do not set them again.
  3. Check the hotel's cancellation policy (Flexible, Moderate or Strict), shown before you book.
  4. Pick a room and tap Reserve, then pay by Mobile Money, card or your FINDR Wallet. In-app stays are prepaid, so your room is held the moment you pay.

What you pay: the room price is the hotel's own nightly rate. A small Service fee shows on its own line at checkout, so your total is clear before you pay. Booking at the front desk in person and paying cash at the hotel carries no service fee.

Plans changed? Open your booking and tap Change dates to move your stay; you'll see the new total and any difference, and some changes are settled with the property directly.

During your stay: open your booking to order room service to your room or call the front desk, without leaving the app. From the next FINDR app update, a stay FINDR arranged with the hotel shows Contact FINDR support on your booking instead.

Need to cancel? Cancel a prepaid booking in time and you're refunded automatically under the hotel's policy: if you paid from your FINDR Wallet the money returns to your wallet instantly, a Mobile Money payment goes back to your Mobile Money number, and a card payment goes back to your card. See the full cancellation & refund policy.

See and manage bookings under Profile → My Stays.

Book any hotel

Coming in the next FINDR app update.

Many hotels on FINDR have no rooms listed yet. You can still request them in the app.

These hotel pages open with a short video, with sound, that shows how a request works. On an iPhone, or an Android phone on silent, it starts muted. Tap the sound button on the video to turn the sound on or off. After it plays, tap Watch how it works to see it again.

  1. In Stays, these hotels are marked FINDR books and Request a booking. Open the hotel and tap Request a booking in the orange Book a room here card. The card shows a Check-in field and a Guests field, and the line Full refund if the hotel can't take you. To see how it works first, tap Watch how it works at the top of the hotel page.
  2. Pick your dates, the number of guests and rooms, the kind of room you want (for example Double or AC) and, if you like, your budget per night and a note for the hotel. Tap Send request.
  3. We send you a notification with the room and the price. Nothing is charged yet.
  4. The price is held for 2 hours. The cancellation policy is shown with the price. For hotels FINDR books for you, it is FINDR's Moderate policy. Choose Mobile Money, card or your FINDR Wallet and slide to pay.
  5. FINDR confirms the room with the hotel and you get a notification when it is confirmed. If the hotel cannot take you after all, your request shows Hotel couldn't take it and you get all your money back (if you paid by FINDR Wallet, it goes straight back to your wallet). If you cancel a paid booking yourself, the Moderate cancellation policy (shown above Slide to pay) decides how much comes back.

If the hotel has no room, or the 2 hours pass, you are not charged. Tap Request again to try other dates. Your open requests are at the top of My Stays. A request you paid for stays with its booking: open the booking in My Stays and tap See request to see where your refund is.

9Cars & property

Garage (cars for sale or hire) and Property (homes and land to rent or buy) work the same way:

  1. Open Garage or Property from Home and filter by type, price and location.
  2. Open a listing for pictures, details and the seller's contact.
  3. Tap Request test drive (cars) or Request viewing (property) and pick a date and time. The seller confirms.

Want to sell your own car or list a property? See the steps under List a car / property: tap Sell a car or List property on those screens.

Own rental property? FINDR also includes property management: keep your residents, staff and maintenance requests in one place; it works from anywhere, even outside Ghana. Residents use the My residence view to raise requests and follow their home's upkeep.

10Hire a skilled worker

  1. Tap Hire on Home.
  2. Tap Post a job and describe the work (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, cleaning, any skilled trade) with your location.
  3. Nearby workers bid on your job. Open each bid to see the worker's profile, rating and price.
  4. Pick the bid you like and hire. Chat in the app to arrange the details.
Good to know: you agree the price with your worker and pay them directly; job payments don't go through the app.

Do skilled work yourself? Create a worker profile, bid on jobs near you, and build your rating to win more work.

11Learn: school fees, classes & Study Buddy

Tap Learn on Home for everything school:

Payments

💵 Cash📱 Mobile Money💳 Card

Set a default in Profile → Payment Method; you can still change it at any checkout.

Receipts when you buy in a shop: a shop on FINDR may offer to text or WhatsApp you a receipt after you pay at the counter. It only comes if you say yes, and it is free. Don't want more? Tap Stop receipts in the WhatsApp message, or use the stop link in the text.

Slide to pay: to confirm a payment, slide the button all the way to the end. Slide to pay works again, including on newer Samsung phones. If the slider ever stops halfway, update FINDR to the latest version.

FINDR credit: credit from invites and refunds of orders paid with points. Spend it at checkout on rides, orders and stays by turning on Use points and credit when you pay. See your balance in Activity → Rewards · FINDR Points. When FINDR runs an event code, you claim it in Rewards as well. Event credit is separate from your FINDR credit and has its own terms, shown on the card.

For everyday payments, tap Pay on Home: top up your FINDR Wallet, pay for fuel at partner stations, pay school fees, and track your prepaid electricity meter, all from one place.

Sending money from your FINDR Wallet: tap Pay on Home, then Send. If you have not set a wallet PIN yet, the app asks you to set one first (4 to 6 digits). The Send screen shows your wallet balance before you send. If the amount is more than your balance, tap Top up to add money, or send less.

Cash out and paying a request: from FINDR 1.2.57, Cash out in your FINDR Wallet and Pay on a payment request also check for a wallet PIN first. If you have not set one, the app asks you to set it before you start. To cash out, slide to confirm.

Changing your wallet PIN: in your FINDR Wallet tap Change PIN, enter your current PIN, then your new 4 to 6 digit PIN. After 5 wrong PINs in a row, anywhere you use your PIN (sending, cashing out, paying a request, or paying for an order, a stay or a ride with FINDR Money), your wallet is locked for 15 minutes. While it is locked, nothing can be paid from it, even with the right PIN. It unlocks by itself. Forgot your PIN? From FINDR 1.2.58, tap Forgot PIN in your FINDR Wallet. FINDR sends a code by SMS to your account number; type it in and set a new 4 to 6 digit PIN. For your safety, spending from your wallet is held for 24 hours after a reset, so nothing can be paid from it during that time. On an older FINDR version, or if you need help, contact FINDR support from Help or at support@findrgh.com.

Notifications & account

In Settings choose which alerts you get (ride updates, offers, weekend events). You can also delete your account there if you ever need to. Withdraw any money in your FINDR wallet first, and let any order, delivery, ride or booking finish. If something still has to finish, the app tells you what in plain words. FINDR credit and rewards are lost when you delete. Finished orders and past bookings are kept by businesses for their records, but your name on them becomes "Deleted customer" and your phone number, address, map location and notes are removed; amounts and items stay. For 3 years after you delete your account, its phone number and email cannot be used to sign up for FINDR again; if you think this is a mistake, email support@findrgh.com. If you signed in with Apple, the app may ask you to confirm with Apple before it deletes your account, and you can also remove FINDR yourself on your iPhone in Settings, under your name, Sign in with Apple. See findrgh.com/account-deletion.

15Driving & delivering with FINDR

Drive or deliver with FINDR, and your Driver Dashboard keeps your day in one place.

Your Driver Dashboard

Once you're signed up as a driver or rider, open the Work tab and tap Go online to open your Driver Dashboard (if you have more than one role, pick Driver first). Your dashboard shows, from the top:

Connection dropped? Your dashboard stays on screen with your profile and your current trip, and updates again once you are back online.

Pickup and delivery codes: FINDR checks the code while the code box is still open. A wrong code is explained right there, so you can try again straight away.

Cash from pay-on-delivery orders: when you collect cash from a customer, the amount you need to hand in shows under Needs attention, for example Hand in GH₵ 45 cash, with how many cash orders it covers. Tap it to see each order.

Transport Compliance

Ghana transport rules ask drivers to keep their details up to date. In Transport Compliance you add your date of birth (type it as DD/MM/YYYY; numbers only is fine, the slashes fill in for you, or tap Use calendar), your licence class and licence number (as it appears on your licence), your roadworthy and insurance expiry dates, and, if your vehicle has one, your DVLA sticker expiry date. The DVLA sticker is renewed every year. If anything is missing or due for renewal, it shows up under Needs attention; tap it, update the date, and save.

Got a truck, pickup or goods tricycle? FINDR Haul

Carry loads for wholesalers and businesses with FINDR Haul. You must be at least 25, and you give your driving licence number and date of birth. You can sign up for Haul only: open the You tab, tap Drive with FINDR, then Haul goods. An aboboyaa or cargo tricycle (motor king) can join too: it is offered small loads on trips of up to 15 km, and it needs the same valid documents as a truck (number plate, roadworthy, commercial insurance and DVLA sticker). Businesses post a price; you accept it or bid, and you are paid to your FINDR wallet after the drop-off code and a 24-hour hold. FINDR takes no commission on hauls for now. See the Haul driver guide for vehicles, documents, the codes and getting paid, and the FINDR Haul Driver Terms. FINDR Haul is open in selected towns. Available in: Koforidua, more towns coming.
