bought for you.

How it will work
From the market to your door.
Build your basket
You will add items from one market list. Everything comes in local units, like a heap, an olonka, a bunch or a piece, with a size hint and a fixed price.
Pay first
You will pay by Mobile Money, card or your FINDR Wallet. Before you pay, you will see your items, the service fee and the delivery fee. The service fee is one flat amount per order: GH₵30 at Koforidua Central Market. There will be no cash payment for Makola.
We shop, a rider delivers
A FINDR Market Shopper will buy your list at Koforidua Central Market. Then a FINDR rider will bring your bags to you.
If an item is not there
You choose what happens.
At checkout, you will tell your shopper what to do if an item is missing at the market: get the closest match, skip it and refund it, or call you first. You will also be able to mark items that must not be swapped.
Why FINDR Makola
You will never pay more after checkout.
Fixed prices. Every item will have a fixed price in the app, so there will be no haggling at the stall.
Your total will be set when you pay. What you see at checkout will be the most you pay. Nobody will ask you for more after checkout.
Missing items will come back. For anything your shopper could not get, FINDR will refund you the price of that item.
When the fees come back. The service fee and delivery fee will be refunded only if nothing on your list could be bought, or the order is cancelled.
Starting in Koforidua. Makola will open first at Koforidua Central Market, for delivery addresses inside its delivery area. It is not open yet, so you cannot order from Makola today.
