For businesses
Your load, on a truck you choose.
Any business that is verified on FINDR can hire a truck. Open the Work tab and tap Hire a truck, or open Hauls at business.findrgh.com.
Post the job
Pin the pickup and the drop-off, describe the load, pick the smallest vehicle that fits, set a pickup window and type the price you will pay, up to GH₵20,000. You can also declare what the goods are worth.
Choose a driver and pay
Drivers near the pickup accept your price or bid. Each bid shows the driver, the vehicle, their rating, hauls done, pickup time and whether they have goods-in-transit insurance. Choose one, then pay by MoMo or card. FINDR holds the money.
Codes keep it safe
You read a pickup code to the driver when the goods are on the truck. The receiver reads a drop-off code when the goods are off. Track the truck the whole way.
Clear pricing
You see the total before you pay.
After you choose a driver, the pay screen shows three lines: Haul fee + Payment processing = Total. Payment processing covers the MoMo or card charge. For example: Haul fee GH₵500 + Payment processing GH₵10 = Total GH₵510. Nothing is added afterwards. FINDR credit, FINDR Points and promo codes can't be used for a haul, and hauls don't earn FINDR Points.
For wholesalers
Restock orders, delivered by truck.
When a "Wholesaler delivers" restock order is marked Ready, tap Hire a truck on the order. The pickup, the drop-off and the pack count are filled in for you.
The shop sees the truck. The receiving shop sees the truck, the driver and its drop-off code on the restock order. It never sees what you paid for the haul.
Complete the order as usual. After the truck delivers, complete the restock in the app's Orders, or the Order queue at business.findrgh.com. A shop on pay on delivery pays first.
Fair for both sides
Your money is held, not handed over.
Paid after delivery. FINDR releases the money to the driver 24 hours after the drop-off code, unless a problem is reported. If the load is short or damaged, tap Report a problem in that time and the driver is not paid until FINDR decides. FINDR aims to decide within 48 hours of getting what it needs.
Whoever cancels pays the processing fee. Cancel a paid haul before pickup and you get the haul fee back. If the driver cancels or does not show up, you get a full refund. If FINDR cancels, you get a full refund. FINDR aims to pay refunds within 7 working days.
Checked drivers and trucks. FINDR approves every driver. Haul drivers are at least 25 and give their driving licence number. Every vehicle needs a current roadworthy, commercial insurance and a DVLA sticker before it can take a job.
Declare what your goods are worth. The driver is responsible for lost or damaged goods up to the value you declare (up to GH₵100,000), or up to the agreed haul price if you leave it blank or enter 0. That limit does not cover theft or deliberate loss by the driver or their helper. Insure anything worth more yourself.
No prohibited goods. No live animals, weapons, fuel or gas in bulk, cash, or anything illegal. A driver can refuse a prohibited load at pickup. If FINDR confirms it, the haul counts as your cancel: you get the haul fee back, not the processing fee.
Only the owner or a manager pays. A field agent or helper can post a haul and choose a driver, but only the business owner or a manager can pay, cancel a paid haul or accept the haul terms. The owner gets the haul notifications too.
Wrong codes lock the job. After five wrong code attempts the haul locks until FINDR checks it. Contact FINDR support to finish the haul.
For truck and pickup drivers
Got a truck? Put it to work.
Carry loads for wholesalers and businesses near you. Sign up for Haul only, no rides or food deliveries needed. You must be at least 25, with a driving licence. FINDR takes no commission for now, and will give you 30 days' notice before it ever does.
Sign up and add your vehicle
In the FINDR app, open the You tab, tap Drive with FINDR, then Haul goods. Give your licence number and date of birth, then add your pickup or truck with its roadworthy, insurance and DVLA sticker dates and pictures. FINDR checks and approves it.
Accept or bid
See haul jobs that fit your vehicle, with the declared value of the goods. Accept the posted price or send your own bid with your pickup time. You can also post when you are free, so businesses can invite you.
Deliver and get paid
Enter the pickup code at pickup and the drop-off code at delivery. Your pay goes to your FINDR wallet, on hold for 24 hours, then you cash out to MoMo. Prohibited goods at pickup? Refuse the load in the app and FINDR reviews it.
